PRIME

Apply ND'S EYESHADOW BASE across the entire eyelid. This velvety, lightweight formula creates a flawless canvas for your eyeshadows, ensuring long-lasting wear and intensifying their vibrant colors.

NEXT

For matte shades, apply with a soft, dense eyeshadow brush in packing motions and then blend to diffuse.

THEN

For a seamless diffused finish, apply in swiping motions with a fluffy eyeshadow brush, ensuring to tap off excess.

LAST

For chroma crystal, duo chromes, & metallics, use a damp eyeshadow brush or the tip of your finger to achieve a foiled finish.
